Virgil Anderson

Virgil E. Anderson, 88, of Buhler and formerly of Windom, died Sunday, March 4, 2007. He was a farmer and co-founder of Central Plastics in McPherson.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 8, at Andover Lutheran Church, Windom. A committal service and inurnment of cremains will take place at 1:30 PM at the Andover Cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by the Fort Riley Honor Guard. The service at the cemetery is open to both family and friends. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday at Stockham Family Funeral Home. The family will be present from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

Survivors include: two daughters, Gwen Oleen of Falun, KS and Judy Johnson of Hutchinson, KS; a brother, Marvin Anderson of Grandbury, TX; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
