Terry Merrill

Terry L. Merrill, 57, of McPherson and formerly of Lyons, Windom, and Elyria, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2010, at McPherson Care Center. He worked for North American Salt Co. in Lyons for 26 years.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Stockham Family Funeral Home with Chaplain Scott Watford officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 PM, Thursday, at the Cherokee Municipal Cemetery in Cherokee, OK. Visitation is from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, at Stockham Family Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: his daughter, Ashlee M. Merrill of Great Bend, KS; mother, Vesta Merrill of McPherson, KS; brother, Jerry Merrill of McPherson, KS; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, & great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ira Floyd Merrill, and a niece, Jalane Nelson, who passed away earlier in the day on May 28, 2010.
