Rosalie Nelson

Rosalie M. Nelson, 86, of Lindsborg and formerly of McPherson, died Monday, November 7, 2005, at Bethany Home in Lindsborg. She was retired from the position of McPherson County Register of Deeds (serving for 14 years), and was also a Tax Assessor in the McPherson County Clerk's office.

The funeral service will be at 10:30 AM, Friday, Nov. 11, 2005, at Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: four sons, Lowell Nelson of McPherson, Lynn Nelson of Wichita, Landvis Nelson of Lindsborg, and LaRue Nelson of McPherson; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin A. Nelson, and a sister, Arlene Carlson.
