Ronald Foster

Ronald Lloyd Foster, 75, of McPherson, KS, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at McPherson Hospital. He was a Registered Surgical Nurse and retired from Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka, KS.

Ron was born on March 22, 1948, in Miltonvale, KS, the son of Orville and Letha (Stites) Foster.  Following high school, he went on to receive a nursing degree.

Survivors include: former sister-in-law, Rose Mary Evans (David Hearn) of McPherson, KS; half-brother, Terry Foster (Beth) of Russell, KS; half-sister, Liz Hedberg of Wichita, KS; several nieces & nephews, including Robert S. Foster of McPherson, KS and Melicia Evans of McPherson, KS; and several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Robert W. Foster; and a sister, Rosalee Kern.

A private family service will be held.  The final resting place will be in Miltonvale Cemetery.
