Paul George Zaharis Sr.

Paul George Zaharis, Sr., 72, of McPherson, KS and formerly of Lyons, KS, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 18, 2019, at The Cedars, McPherson. He was a retired machinist.

Paul was born on March 20, 1946, in Reading, PA, the son of George and Jeanette (Sapna) Zaharis.

He was a big football fan, and his favorite team was the Pittsburg Steelers.

Survivors include: his children, Nicole Gaylor (Jerome) of Little River, KS and Eric P. Zaharis of McPherson, KS; brother, Anthony Zaharis of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren, Samantha Kay Gaylor, Alex Michael Zaharis, Eric Zaharis, Jr., and Rusty Lesperance; and seven great-grandchildren.

A private family gathering will be held.
