Patsy J. Huff, 85, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, surrounded by family at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. She was a cook at a café in Binger, OK and at Sunset Café in McPherson. She then was a nurse aid, CNA, and housekeeping supervisor for McPherson Hospital.
Patsy was born on September 28, 1932, in Binger, OK, the daughter of Rufus Vesti and Clara Marie (Turner) Moser. Patsy was united in marriage to William E. Huff on February 2, 1952, in Anadarko, OK. He preceded her in death on December 27, 2014.
She was a member of New Hope Evangelical Church, McPherson.
Survivors include: three daughters, Sharon (Bruce) Johnson of McPherson, KS, Patricia Starks of McPherson, KS, and Rhonda Coapstick of McPherson, KS; four grandchildren, Kevin (Stephanie) Huff (raised by his grandparents), Nathan (Rebekah) Johnson, Carissa Armer, and Brenda (Shawn) Keazer; six great-grandchildren, Christopher Huff, Lacee Huff, Brendan Fletcher, Cody Fletcher, Eszter Johnson, and Ruth Johnson.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, husband; five siblings, Mabel Mogg, Ray Moser, James Moser, Faye Moser, and Mike Moser.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday, August 5, 2018, at Stockham Family Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 6, at New Hope Evangelical Church. Burial will follow at McPherson Cemetery.
