Norman Allen Becker, 94, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 12, 2021, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. He was a farmer, rancher, and mechanic.

Norman was born on December 27, 1926, in Moundridge, KS, the son of Pete Tobias and Lydia (Unruh) Becker. On July 28, 1945, Norman was united in marriage to Lila Lee Bowers in Wichita, KS. She preceded him in death on June 15, 2004.

He was a member of First Baptist Church, McPherson.

Survivors include: a son, Dwight (Brenda) Becker of McPherson, KS; daughter, Kristine Hoyer of Great Bend, KS; brother, Marion (Phyllis) Becker of McPherson, KS; six grandchildren, Tobias (Stephanie) Becker, Jodi (William) Sullivan, Andrew (Lori) Becker, Thomas (Valerie) Becker, Traci (Phil) Parrish, and Kenneth Becker; 10 great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; a son, Duane; son-in-law, Norbert Hoyer; siblings, Hazel Becker, Sadie Draper, Walter Becker, Gladys Koehn, Glenn Becker, and Deloris Becker.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, March 18, 2021, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, March 19, at McPherson Cemetery with Pastor John Pattison officiating.
