Lottie Lou Peel, 78, McPherson, died Friday, March 4, 2005, at Harry Hynes Hospice at The Vine, Wichita. She was the owner & operator of Lottie Lou's Delicatessen, McPherson and a longtime Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Volunteer.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 10, at First Christian Church, McPherson. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Stockham Family Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
Survivors include two daughters, Susan F. Johnson and Jan L. Cozine, both of McPherson; five sons, William L. Young of Juneau, AK., Robert L. Young of Battle Ground, WA., Jay E. Young of Lee's Summit, MO., Larry A. Peel of Chama, NM., and Kerry A. Peel of Lafayette, CO.; 14 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Howard E. Young; her second husband, Lawrence E. Peel; and a brother, John Beardmore.
