Loren "Andy" L. Anderson

Loren L. “Andy” Anderson, 77, of McPherson, KS, formerly of Scottsdale, AZ and Lindsborg, KS, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at Salina Regional Health Center, Salina, KS.  He owned & operated Anderson Body Shop and was also a car dealer. 

Andy was born on February 27, 1944, in McPherson, KS, the son of Robert Edward and Pearl May Anderson.  He graduated from Galva High School in 1962.  On December 17, 1971, Andy was united in marriage to Karen Joan Jantz in Miami, OK.

He was a lifelong member and supporter of AA.  Andy thoroughly enjoyed time spent and conversations with local coffee groups. 

Survivors include: his loving wife of 50 years, Karen of the home; three sons, Kevin Anderson (Lori) of McPherson, KS, Keith Anderson of St. George, UT, and Tony Adams (Angie) of Hays, KS; three brothers, E. Dale Anderson of Salina, KS, Larry Anderson (Eva) of Ridgeland, MS, and Royce Anderson (Judy) of McPherson, KS; six grandchildren, Colton Anderson (Parker), Tyson Anderson (Nicole), Aaron Anderson (Rachel), Travis Anderson (Rhoni), Colton Adams, and Dakota Adams; four  great-grandchildren and one more on the way; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert “Dennis” Anderson.
