Lillian Holler

Lillian Irene Holler, 90, McPherson, passed away March 8, 2008, at Riverview Estates, Marquette. She was a homemaker.

Lillian was born on March 12, 1917, in McPherson County, Kansas, the daughter of Ray B. and Allie Mae (Curtis) Ring. She graduated from McPherson High School in the Class of 1934 and graduated from Wichita Business College in 1936. On March 30, 1941, she was united in marriage to Morton Jennings "Jake" Holler at McPherson, Kansas. He preceded her in death on February 24, 1994.

She was a member of the Monitor Church of the Brethren, Womens Fellowship, and the Monitor E.H.U.

She is survived by: daughters, Linda Thomas of Smithville, MO, and Rebecca Yoder of Marquette; her sons, Gary Holler of McPherson, Dale Holler of Paola, and Raymond Holler of Galva; 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Morton "Jake" Holler; brothers, Ralph Ring and Clarence Ring; and sisters, Erma Kemp and Nettie Marie Snowberger.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 11, 2008, at the Monitor Church of the Brethren with Pastor Leslie A.B. Frye officiating. Burial will be at the Excelsior Cemetery, Marquette, KS. Visitation will be Monday, from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Stockham Family Funeral Home with the family present from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
