Kimberly Dawn Smith

Kimberly Dawn (Stockham) Smith, 55, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, KS. 

Kim was born on August 21, 1967, in El Dorado, KS, the daughter of Ronald Lee and Cynthia Ann (Kail) Stockham.  She graduated from McPherson High School in 1986. 

During her working years, Kim did in-home care for the elderly. 

Survivors include: two brothers, Kevin Stockham and wife, Tammie, of McPherson, KS and Kelly Stockham and wife, Carrie, of McPherson, KS; uncles & aunts, Steve & Jeanne Kail of McPherson, KS, Quentin & Cathy Stockham of Ash Grove, MO and Darrel & Cheryl Stockham of Bennington, KS; longtime and dear friend, Freeda Gilroy; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ron and Cynthia Stockham, and grandparents, Dahl, Jr. & Belvia Stockham and Billy & Shirley Kail.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the McPherson Cemetery with Pastor Lynn Scott officiating. 

Memorial donations may be given to the First Christian Church or the McPherson Animal Shelter in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
