Joshua Clayton Wilkinson

Joshua Clayton Wilkinson, 37, of Kansas City, KS and formerly of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 27, 2020, surrounded by family at Saint Luke’s Hospice House, Kansas City, MO.

Joshua was born on June 13, 1982, in Jacksonville, FL, the son of Angela C. (Luke) Wilkinson and David C. Wilkinson, Jr. He graduated from McPherson High School in 2003.

Survivors include: his loving parents, Angela & Stacy Lees of Kansas City, MO and Gary, Jr. & Bobbie Clifton of Wichita, KS; grandparents, Gary, Sr. & Cher Clifton of McPherson, KS and Anna & George Piner of Jacksonville, FL; brothers, Dustin Wilkinson of Raleigh, NC and Liam Clifton of Wichita, KS; sisters, Cameron Hines of Oklahoma City, OK and Emmi Clifton of Manhattan, KS; niece, Lilly Spunaugle of Kansas City, MO; and many aunts, uncles, and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by father, David Wilkinson, Jr. and his service dog, Pippin.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Stockham Family Funeral Home.
