Irene Baldwin

Irene M. Baldwin, 85, of McPherson and formerly of Galva, died Saturday, May 19, 2007, at The Cedars, McPherson. She was the office manager and co-owner of Home Telephone Company in Galva.

Committal service will be at 11:30 AM Wednesday, May 23, at Empire Cemetery, Galva. Memorial service will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday at the Galva Christian Church. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Stockham Family Funeral Home. The family will be present from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Survivors include: her husband, Wayne of the home; a son, Robert of Galva; a daughter, Nancy Flaherty of Galva; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Lynn Baldwin, a brother, Wilmot M. Rishel, Jr., and a sister, Hattie Isabel Jantz.
