Glenn Donald Pyle Jr.

Glenn Donald “Don” Pyle, Jr., 67, of Edgerton, Kansas, passed away on November 17, 2019.

Don was born April 30, 1952, in McPherson, Kansas to Glenn Donald Pyle, Sr. and Ouida LaVerne (McDonald) Pyle. He grew up in McPherson where he was a successful football and basketball team member and a member of the All State Football and Basketball team. Don graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Education and taught school for two years. He was a self-employed commercial floor covering installer. Don loved travelling, and he was a member of Life Mission Church, Olathe, Kansas.

Don was a devoted father and grandfather.

Don is survived by: his children, Jeremy Pyle of Edgerton, KS, Bridget L. Pyle of Chico, CA, and Charlie Herwig of Pocatello, ID; beloved grandkids, Lyndon, Emorie, Phia, and Vivien Herwig; and sister, Dianna Stovall of McPherson, KS.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place and inurnment will be at a later date in McPherson Cemetery, McPherson, Kansas.
