Geraldine Ball

Geraldine W. “Gerry” Ball, 84, of McPherson, passed away Friday, April 1, 2011, at Memorial Hospital in McPherson. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and had worked for The Cedars in McPherson.

She was born September 24, 1926 in Wright City, Missouri, the daughter of Forrest Pete and Carrie Lee (Snowdy) Stewart. She has been a McPherson resident since 1987, moving from Wentzville, Missouri.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Visitation/viewing will be from 10:00 AM until service time on Tuesday. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery.

Survivors include: five grandchildren, Norman Ball (Diana) of Wright City, MO, Shoncia Keough of Galva, KS, Dianna Ball of Middleton, WI, Montee Ball (Melissa) of Middleton, WI, and Christopher Ball (Robin) of Wright City, MO; and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Norman Ball, Sr., a great-granddaughter, Adrienne Rose Ball, and 13 brothers and sisters.
