Frances Smith

Frances M. Smith, 88, died Thursday, June 17, 2004, at Via Christi-St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Wichita. She was a homemaker and had been a McPherson resident since 1953.

A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church on Saturday, July 10, at 6:00 PM. The body has been bequeathed to the University of Kansas School of Medicine in accordance with the deceased's wishes. Inurnment of the cremains will be at Elmwood Cemetery, in Beloit, KS upon completion of the medical study.

Survivors include: husband, Sidney L. Smith of the home; two sons, Sidney R. Smith of Rolling Hills Estates, CA and Steve A. Smith of Sunnyvale, CA; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren
