Edna Socwell

Edna K. Socwell, 78, of McPherson, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004, at Memorial Hospital. She was a homemaker, former restaurant worker, and co-owned and operated the 81 Bypass Trading Post.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, Sept. 7, at McPherson Cemetery. Visitation with the family present will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at Stockham Family Funeral Home.

Survivors include: special friends & caregivers, Jim & Sharon Stephens of McPherson; brothers, James D. Huff of McPherson, William E. Huff of McPherson, Kenneth E. Huff of Tulsa, OK, Raymond L. Huff of Parsons, KS, Frank Leroy Huff of Nampa, ID, and Lonnie E. Huff of Salina, KS; sisters, Dessie M. Brewer of Chelsea, OK and Ora A. Garibaldi of Council Grove, KS, and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy and Roy Huff, and two sisters, Irene Huff and Lola Mae Lewis.
