Dorothy Ann Butler, 88, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Pine Village, Moundridge. She had worked as a manager for the Pic-Quik Store and Taylor-Mart, both in McPherson, and then was a cashier for Dillons.
Dorothy was born on January 1, 1934, in McPherson, KS, the daughter of Richard and Della (Unruh) Decker.
Survivors include: two sons, Steve Butler of McPherson, KS and Mike (Julie) Butler of McPherson, KS; companion, Robert Crow of Inman, KS; siblings, DaVera (Tom) Leone of Pawtucket, RI, Nola Unruh of Galva, KS, Karen (Herb) Baird of McPherson, KS, Richard “Dick” (Florette) Decker of Colorado, and Carmon Decker of Kansas City, MO; four grandchildren, Brian (Sabrina) Butler of Hoisington, KS, Stephanie (Nathan) Ravenstien of Hutchinson, KS, Dustin (Katie) Butler of Lawrence, KS, and Sarah (J.D.) Reeves of Augusta, KS; ten great-grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A celebration of life (come & go) will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, August 25, 2022, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. The final resting place will be in McPherson Cemetery.
