Demilla Mae Hewitt

Demilla Mae Hewitt, 56, of McPherson, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2013, at her home in McPherson. She had worked as a car sales representative and a Mary Kay consultant. She had lived in McPherson since 1996 and was formerly of Garden City and Salina.

Mae was born on February 19, 1957, in Garden City, KS, the daughter of Edwin Wesley and Bessie (Schrum) White. She attended Brown Mackie College, Salina.

Survivors include: sons, Keith Wayne Hewitt of McPherson, KS and Robert Jason Hewitt of Salina, KS; daughter, Stephanie Mae Hewitt of Salina, KS; friend, Ricky Stetler of McPherson, KS; and 12 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 13, 2013, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crestwood Memorial Park, McPherson.
