Deb Anderson

Deborah “Deb” Dawn Anderson, 65, of McPherson, KS, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023, at McPherson Hospital.

Deb was born on December 7, 1957, in Plainville, KS, the daughter of Calvin Ralph and Patricia Gail (Banks) Dix.  She graduated from Stockton High School and attended Bethany College, Lindsborg.    On August 1, 1976, Deb was united in marriage to Ronald Gene Anderson in Stockton, KS.  This union was blessed with two children, Shawna and Shad. 

Survivors include: her loving husband of 46 years, Ron of the home; two children, Shawna Anderson of Olathe, KS and Shad Anderson of McPherson, KS; mother, Gail Dix of Stockton, KS; brothers, Frank Dix (Kathy) of Woodston, KS, Doug Dix (Tina) of Hays, KS, and Pat Dix (Dara) of McPherson, KS; four grandchildren, Paige Ginardi, Kelsey Anderson, Rilynn Anderson, and Blade Anderson; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Dix.

A visitation/viewing will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2023, at Stockham Family Funeral Home.
