Cody A. Anderson

Cody Allen Anderson, 27, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 11, 2018, surrounded by family at Salina Regional Health Center. He worked as a supervisor for Dining at Central Christian College of Kansas.

He was born January 19, 1990, in McPherson, KS, the son of Jerry W. and Patricia E. (Debenham) Anderson. Cody graduated from McPherson High School in 2008. On July 31, 2017, he was united in marriage to Jessica J. Hart in McPherson.

Survivors include: wife, Jessica of the home; mother, Patty Anderson of McPherson, KS; brother, Thomas Anderson (fiancé, Sara Brand) of McPherson, KS; aunt, Debra Anderson of Peabody, KS; uncle, Steve Debenham (Shelly) of Abilene, KS; aunt, Sharon Burt (Tim) of Abilene, KS; uncle, David Debenham (Glenda) of Topeka, KS; aunt, Barbara Morton of Gove, KS; mother-in-law, Trish Martin of McPherson, KS; father-in-law, Jamey Hart of McPherson, KS: brother-in-law, Tyler Regier of McPherson, KS; sister-in-law, Gabrielle Bengtson of Salina, KS; two nieces; and numerous cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, January 18, 2018, at Stockham Family Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, January 19, at Roxbury United Parish in Roxbury, KS with Rev. Nancy Modin officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery, Roxbury.
