Alva Ensz, 68 ,of Inman, KS, died Thursday, September 25, 2003, at Memorial Hospital in McPherson. He was a retired farmer & stockman and had most recently worked as a school bus driver and did road maintenance for the township he resided in.
The funeral will be held at Zion Church of God in Christ, Mennonite on Sunday, September 28, 2003 at 10:30 AM. Burial will be at Zion Church Cemetery, Inman, KS. Visitation will be at Zion Church of God in Christ, Mennonite on Saturday, September 27, 2003, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The family will be present from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.
Survivors include: wife, Pearl of the home; two daughters, Janet Dirks of Butler, Mo. and Marla Schmidt of Montezuma, Kan. six brothers Raymond Ensz of Sarasota, Fla., Norman Ensz of Inman, Kan., Herbert Ensz of Rochester, Minn., John L. Ensz of Brooksville, Miss., Melvin Ensz of Inman, Kan., and Gene Ensz of Hartley, Texas; four sisters, Edna Wiebe of Buhl, Idaho, Marlene Wiebe of McPherson, Kan., Frances Koehn of Macon, Miss., and Lucille Ensz of Inman, Kan.; and 6 grandchildren.
