Aileen Naomi Eaton, 92, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 8, 2021, surrounded by family at MTM Boarding Care Home, McPherson. She was a retired Deputy City Clerk for the City of McPherson.
Aileen was born on February 14, 1929, in Pacific Junction, IA, the daughter of Roland O. and Grace N. (Ewell) Davison. She graduated in 1946 from Thurman High School, Iowa.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, American Legion Auxiliary, Starlite Lanes 700 Club, and Kansas Bowling Hall of Fame.
Survivors include: nieces & nephews, Linus LeFever (Kay) of Glenwood, IA, Mary Forney of Sidney, IA, Joni Angleton (Robb) of Eagle River, AK, Sue LeFever of Glenwood IA, Judie Steiner (Joe) of Inman, KS, Larry Woods (Beverly) of Moore, OK, Lisa Nelson (Dave) of Kansas City, MO, and Lynda Krahl (Jeff) of Galva, KS; and many numerous great-nieces & great-nephews and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Lois Seibel and Ruth LeFever.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 15, at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Emily Spearman Cannon officiating. Burial will follow at McPherson Cemetery.
